About Me

Since I was young, I have felt drawn to metaphysics, consciousness, and the deeper questions that connect us all. I have always sensed that beneath the surface of everyday life, there is something greater at work — a deeper wisdom, a greater purpose, and an interconnectedness that links us in meaningful ways.

I believe each of us is on a unique journey, and that even life’s challenges can hold opportunities for growth, healing, and deeper self-understanding.

My early curiosity was also inspired by the work of Edgar Cayce, who described accessing deeper insight through trance states. The idea — that meaningful understanding can emerge from within — stayed with me and eventually led me to the work of Dolores Cannon and her Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®).

After a long professional career, I chose to devote myself to this work because I genuinely love it and the transformation it can support. I believe that meaningful insight, healing, and change often begin by turning inward and reconnecting with the wisdom that already exists within.

My work is centered on helping individuals access their inner wisdom through hypnosis and deeper subconscious exploration. I strive to create a grounded, supportive space where clients can gain clarity, perspective, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their life experiences.

I also believe this work can be both profound and approachable. While sessions often lead to meaningful insight and transformation, they can also unfold through curiosity, comfort, and a natural sense of ease. My role is to guide the process with professionalism, care, and respect for each person’s unique path.

In 2014, I began my formal hypnosis training and was trained live by Dolores Cannon. I completed my professional certification through the National Guild of Hypnotists, becoming a Board Certified Consulting Hypnotist and Instructor.
