Future sessions begin with a brief check-in, followed by hypnosis work designed to support progress and reinforce change.
How Do I Get Started?
Primarily Online (with In-Person Options Available)
Most integrative hypnosis sessions are offered online, making them accessible, flexible, and easy to fit into daily life.
In-person sessions may also be available in some cases, depending on the type of work and what feels most supportive.
Step 1: Book an Initial Assessment Session
Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours • $150
This first session gives us time to explore your goals, discuss your expectations, and determine whether hypnosis feels like the right fit for your needs.
A Personalized Approach
Because each person’s needs are different, I do not offer prepackaged sets of sessions.
Instead, I work one session at a time, allowing the process to be tailored to you and adjusted based on your goals, progress, and what feels most appropriate moving forward.
Different Goals May Need Different Approaches
Some concerns respond well to straightforward relaxation, suggestion, and reinforcement.
Others may benefit from a more exploratory approach, including regression-style work, to better understand the deeper patterns contributing to the issue.
Why This Matters
